How can I shred leaves without electricity or gas? - leaf shredder mulcher

I would be quicker compost the leaves and other things cut. How do I do that without gas or electricity.

Is there a manual grinder?

Would be a good machete?

Thank you!

A chopper would be much manual work. It would hardly be tired and sore from chopped. A machete is not very effective either. The best way to run over the leaves is cut with a rotary mower. Spread them on a layer of 6 inches deep and cut. 20 cubic meters of hydrocarbons, you can, cut with small leaves. I do not care to cut off the leaves. I add compost and decomposed when everything is half or more are recorded on the ground. It does not take long for the worms and soil microbes to take to finish the job. The best way to decompose the leaves faster and in turn, is exposed on the compost pile every two weeks for the various parties in the air and moisture was. In October, my compost pile is about 50 cubic meters, like 3 big dump truck full. I use to shoot a front loader and if it freezes around mid-November has lost more than half their size. In the spring I go again, as soon as it thaws. Once the bottom is when I worked up and the seeding is completely dismantled.

Compost Machine them.No I know that not a form of gas or electric. You can always sit with a pile of leaves and destroy them between your hands, even if it foolish to each box. They will continue to deteriorate in a few months ago, when the battery is activated and is small.

Not that I know of. But if you have a lawn mower that works. Just under piles of leaves and run it a few times, then stir.

Hand-mill would be a good thing, or just mow the lawn, and heaped upon them B / C engine is already running
