Will a Honeysuckle Smoked Turkey (fully cooked, heat and serve) provide any pan drippings to make a gravy? - prepare fully cooked bratwurst

We have never been willing to take a pre-cooked or smoked before Turkey. We want to try the smoked turkey, but I do not know if a watch on-the kitchen poultry juices from the sauce, and if so, how do you know? Who's with experience?

N .... Hon
Dribbling are the results from the loss of fat and meat, the supply of moisture during cooking ..... in a pre-cooked Turkey, which will not be too high, especially with smoked meat, be freed of all traces of moisture, very salty ... .. We need a different method for the meat sauce (or buy pre-made) Good luck.

A cooked smoked meat, or offers only a small amount of fruit juice, you should consider a combination or canned gravy, then add, fat to reach it.
